Overview
This website is operated by Rovia. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Orders and confirmation
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before it is dispatched. An order is only accepted once it has been confirmed and dispatched.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we cannot reach you to confirm it, if an item is out of stock, or if there is an error in the price or product information.
- You must provide your correct name, full address and an active phone number so that your order can be confirmed and delivered.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- A flat delivery charge of SAR 25 applies to each order and is shown at checkout.
- Payment is by Cash on Delivery only and is due in full when the order is delivered.
- Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver within Saudi Arabia only. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after confirmation. See our Shipping Policy for details, including refused deliveries.
Returns, refunds and warranty
See our Returns & Refund Policy. Products do not come with an extended warranty; items that are damaged, faulty or wrong on arrival are covered by that policy.
Product information and use
We try to describe and show products as accurately as possible; actual colours may vary slightly by screen. Please read the product instructions and warnings before use. Beauty and personal-care devices should be used as directed.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Your name, address and phone number are shared with our fulfilment and delivery partners only to confirm and deliver your order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
