Where we deliver

Rovia delivers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

Delivery charges

Delivery is a flat SAR 25 per order, anywhere in Saudi Arabia. The charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, our team will call or WhatsApp you on the phone number you provided to confirm your order and delivery address. Orders are only dispatched after they are confirmed, so please keep your phone available. If we cannot reach you, your order may be cancelled.

Delivery time

Once confirmed, most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days during public holidays, sale periods, or for remote areas. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Payment on delivery

All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery (COD). Please have the order total (products + SAR 25 delivery) ready when the courier arrives. No advance payment is required.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared once your order has been dispatched.

Failed or refused deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, or the order is refused at the door without a valid reason (such as a damaged or wrong item), the order will be returned and cancelled. Refusing confirmed orders causes return costs for us; customers who repeatedly refuse orders may not be able to use Cash on Delivery for future orders.
